Every now and then, something happens that stops you in your tracks.
Not because it’s shiny or showy…
But because it reminds you why you do what you do.
This week, I had one of those moments.
I’m incredibly honoured (and honestly a bit blown away) to be recognised as one of Brisbane’s 60 most inspirational women shaping our city’s future, as featured in The Courier Mail.
It’s the kind of acknowledgment that makes you pause, take a breath and think…
“This is pretty special.”
A Recognition That Hits Close to Home
Brisbane is packed with smart, capable, high-impact women doing brilliant things across every industry.
To be listed alongside them feels surreal and deeply humbling.
These women are business owners, mentors, educators, creators, charity leaders and game-changers.
Women who show up, take risks and make a real difference in the community.
And to be recognised among them?
I’m genuinely grateful.
But more than anything, this moment isn’t just about me.
It’s about the work we’re doing through Wealthology.
It’s about helping Australians build wealth, create freedom and back themselves.
It’s about showing what’s possible when you refuse to let your circumstances define your future.
The Journey Behind the Recognition
My story hasn’t been straightforward.
Most people only see the highlight reel – not the hard bits that shaped it.
Starting my investing journey at 18…
Navigating financial hardship as a young adult…
Enduring loss, four miscarriages and the trauma of giving birth to triplets during the pandemic…
Waking up from a coma and rebuilding my life, my health and my mission…
Those experiences could have broken me.
Instead, they shaped me.
They taught me resilience.
They taught me to think bigger.
And they taught me that every challenge can be turned into purpose.
So being recognised as one of Brisbane’s most inspirational women isn’t just a career milestone.
It’s a reminder of just how far you can go when you refuse to quit.
Brisbane Women Are Leading the Way
If there’s one thing this list proves, it’s that Brisbane is home to some seriously impressive women.
Women who are clever, tough, generous and quietly fierce in the best way possible.
From education to tech, community work to business, these women are shaping Brisbane’s future and lifting others as they go.
To be recognised alongside women like mother–daughter team behind The Divorce Course Podcast, Laura Furiosi and Lyn Galvin is very humbling. Their podcast has reached more than one million downloads resulting in them winning two awards at the Mumpreneur awards and more recently, the Stevie awards in NY.
To stand beside them in this recognition is something I’m genuinely proud of.
Thank You for Being Part of This Journey

Everyone determined to build a better future for themselves and their families.
Thank you for being here.

Final Thoughts
Being named one of Brisbane’s most inspirational women is an honour I’ll never take for granted.
But what matters most remains the same:
Helping everyday Australians build wealth, take control of their future and create the life they actually want – not the one they’ve been told to settle for.
This is only the beginning.
And I’m excited for what comes next.
If you’re ready to get clear on your goals and build a real plan for financial freedom, I’m here when you are.
